My Mom and Dad been bringing my dogs there for as long as I can remember
I do not recommend this place at all. This was my dog's third and Last time staying here. The first time she stayed here she came home with diarrhea, so the next time we made sure she had her own dog food. Unfortunately, that didn't make a difference, I guess we gave them another chance because of the price. But when she returned home today, she couldn't wait to go number 2 the minute she was off the leash. It will be easy to let go of this place because it smells terrible there and the owner and her son were never welcoming. I am not writing this review to hurt the business, but there are definitely problems that need to be addressed. You should NOT be in the business of caring for animals if it seems you don't care enough to better their stay at your kennel.
We will not be taking our pet back to this kennel. The smell was terrible and the lady wasn't "welcoming" or "friendly". My dog didn't want to come out of the kennel when we arrived to pick her up. Within 24 hrs of coming home she had diarrhea. I provided food for her, but she may have been given to much of the wet food or she was fed a different food. The price is excellent for a small dog $23 a night, but not worth the aftermath of cleaning up poop from my floors and furniture.
Terrible place. No air conditioning. The thermometer read 95 degrees indoors! I took one look around & decided to find a better kennel for my dogs!
I would not recommend this facility for boarding dog owners who give their dogs the best of the best.
I haven't used their boarding or grooming services but I went in for a tour and was disappointed. I have used numerous boarding homes for my babies so I'm accustomed to various conditions or levels of luxury but this establishment has tied with the absolute minimum conditions (in my opinion). The runs smelled horrible! It smelled of feces. All dogs were individually locked up and I didn't see an indoor common area (for poor weather). It was dimly lit and just didn't look like a warm environment for pooches.
